Government Authorities: As mandated by Indian law, including the submission of Form C to the Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO) and local Moradabad police for guest verification.

1.4 Right to Data Deletion Users have the right to request the deletion of their digital marketing data. However, data tied to financial transactions and government-mandated guest registers will be retained for the statutory period required by Indian tax and hospitality laws.
To comply with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and ensure complete transparency for our customers, we declare the following:
2.1 Entity Details Qila Hotel is a hospitality and dining venue operated under the registered corporate entity ADSTERRAWEI GLOBAL LLP, headquartered in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
2.2 Transparent Pricing & Taxation All room tariffs, event packages, and food and beverage prices displayed online or at the property are subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by the Government of India. There are no hidden fees. Any additional service charges are strictly optional and clearly indicated.
2.3 Grievance Redressal Mechanism In compliance with Indian e-commerce laws, guests who wish to raise a formal grievance regarding their booking, digital experience, or service may contact our designated Grievance Officer via the official hotel contact channels. Grievances will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within the statutory timeframe.
All guests and visitors are subject to the laws of the Republic of India and the state regulations of Uttar Pradesh.
3.1 Mandatory Guest Identification Under Indian hospitality and security laws, it is mandatory for all guests and their accompanying visitors to present a valid, original government-issued photo ID with address proof (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License) upon check-in. PAN Cards are not accepted. Foreign nationals must present a valid Passport and Visa.
3.2 Health, Safety & FSSAI Compliance
The restaurant and kitchen facilities operate under strict compliance with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). Consequently, outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited on the property.
The 51ft by 22ft swimming pool (maximum depth 6ft) operates without a lifeguard on duty. Usage is strictly at the guest's own risk.
3.3 Excise & Substance Laws
Alcohol: The legal drinking age is 21 years. Outside liquor is prohibited unless authorized via a formal event contract with applicable corkage fees.
Prohibited Items: Under the NDPS Act and Arms Act, illegal drugs, contraband, and unauthorized firearms are strictly forbidden. Violators will be immediately handed over to local law enforcement.
Smoking: Under the COTPA Act, smoking is banned in all indoor areas and guest rooms. Designated outdoor smoking zones are provided.
4.1 Copyright & Digital Assets All content on our website and social media—including logos, copy, and cinematic lifestyle photography of the property's architectural arches, wall washers, and facilities—is the exclusive intellectual property of ADSTERRAWEI GLOBAL LLP. Unauthorized reproduction or scraping of our digital assets is prohibited.
4.2 Accessibility Statement We strive to make our website accessible to all users, adhering to modern web accessibility standards required by major search engines to ensure equal access to our digital booking services.
To maintain fair trade practices and clear consumer expectations, the following commercial terms apply to all transactions:
All Bookings are Final: All reservations (rooms, packages, or events) are 100% non-refundable from the moment of payment.
No Modifications: Date changes, postponements, or adjustments are not permitted. No-shows and early departures will forfeit the entire booking amount.
Event Inclusions: For any private event or pool party, management will only provide the exact services, setups, and amenities explicitly itemized in the final signed contract. Management will not provide or permit the installation of any unlisted decor or external structures.
